This is a cash-pay service priced at $200 and includes a professional clinical evaluation and, when clinically appropriate, an ESA letter prepared in accordance with applicable federal Fair Housing Act and HUD requirements.
Payment covers the professional evaluation and does not guarantee that an ESA letter will be issued. An ESA letter will only be provided when the clinical evaluation supports the presence of a qualifying disability and establishes a disability-related need for an emotional support animal.
